Prior to 10 January 1953, the Reuss se ne in Gera was, as previously,
occupied to capacity by about 1,500 'troops wearing rbd,bordered. black
epaulets o At about 10:30 a.m., on 21 December, 25 details of 50 to 60
soldiers each marched fror the gymnasiuii to the quarters. The qusrters
were fully lighted after nightfall o On 30 .Decanber, about 100 troops 25X1
