THE SOURCE EVALUATIONS IN THIS REPORT ARE DEFINITIVE.
THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE.

isolation of West Berlin will be effected on 1 March. It is intended to stop
all elevated trains for twenty minutes at the last.railroad station before
the zonal boundary. The stop is to be used for the control of all passengers
crossing the zonal boundary.
2. In mid-January it was learned.that railroad check points will be established
.at the Teltow, Mahlow,.Griebnitzee, Albrechtsho' (Falkensee), Henningsdorf
and Hohenneuendorf rail-road stations. Passenger traffic to West Berlin will
,be checked there by strong control details, duting the ten to fifteen minute stop.
Passengers bound from East to West Berlin will be checked near the Baumschiilenweg,
Treptow.and Schoeh.hau.ser Allee railroad stations. Interurban.passengers will 25X1
be checked at the Friedrich.sstrasse railroad station.
3. Intensified passenger identity. card and luggage control at all railroad stations
along the boundaries between East and West Berlin has been ordered by Richard
Staimer, director of railroads.
