1. In June 19521-the MORSKA WOLA, I+y620 DWTf was converted into a floating base
for the Dalmor Dee~.Sea Fishing Enterprise at Gdynia Shipyards The MORSKA
WOLA now piclts up fishing. trawlers anal loggers at sea where the fish is salted
loaded into barrels; and taken tv'the Dalmor base in Bwinou~scie (Swinemuende)
For these purpoge~~~ the MORSKA WOLA was supplied roTith the following equipment:
a. Mobile bridges sa'3.th electric hoists for reception of fish.
b~ Shock absorbers(sheet iron cylinders and rubber tires )to prevent damage to
cuttersf caused.by collisions of rail trucks on the bridge.

d~ RadioWtelephvny (short wave) post for communication with cutters similarly
equipped: .
2. The Dalmor firm..has the following two fleets at its disposal: the cutter fleet for
hake fishing in the Baltic. Sea,; and the lugger, trawler and eupertrawler fleet
for herring fishing in the North Bea (with a transloading base at Y'muiden),
Atlantis Bear Icelandic waterst and the Barents Sea. The MORSKA WOLA is also to
be used in these routers.
In July 1952. the MORSKA WOLA operated in the Baltic in the Bornholm fishing area.
A gale aver ~+Q Beaufort held up transloading of fish for several days toward the
end of Jhal.y ,~uri.ng this period,, the ship was moored ttr a buoy. ..
From Augnet to October 1952, the ship made 'two trips to the North 8~ea. T,oward~the
end ~f October, the ]1()ABKA WOLA was sent to the Gdynia Shipyard for repairs and
refit,
In sgring 1953-, she is due to go for a herrix~ fishing trip in Icelandic waters.
