Soviet rn'?.litary command has been located in Dul:nitsa since 10/ 9-l950 in. a 2-story building approximately 20 x 15 meters in sizeq situated in the center of the city, in the square formerly called Aleksarndur Todorov Square. 25-30 officers are stationed here* an unidentified Soviet military command was located in Kyustendil in the former Balkan Hotel, in front o_L' the city hall, in the center of the city. The highest ranking officer observed here was a colonel. 6. An unidentified Soviet military command was located in a 2-story building in the square in front of the Gorna Dzhumaya raiilroad station In many of the larger cities of Bulgaria, Soviet officers may be observed in transit.
