5. On 26 January, the Eichhorn Kaserne was occupied by a total of 500
troops wearing black-bordered crimson epaulets. A sentry who wore
black-bordered crimson epaulete~patrolled the Kech section of the
installation. Source expressed the belief that the north-east
section of the installation was occupied by about 100 uriiformed
women. Sentries observed there wore black-bordered crimson epaulets.
In the southwest section, about 300 troops were drilling on 17
January. On 26 January, about 40 soldiers received training in
firing in the Kiesberge (hills).
6. On 26 January, the Hindenburg Kaserne, north of August Rebel Strasse
and east of Georg Richter Strasse, was occupied by about 500 troops
wearing red-bordered black epaulets with tank insignia. On 17
January, about 40 soldiers armed with submachine guns and carrying
spades and practice targets entered the installation, coming. from
the direction of Westkreuz. On 26 January, about 30 soldiers drilled
in the barracks yard, and a T-a?3/+ tank left the installation toward
Westkreuz.

On 26 January, the Jlofbauer Kaserne, west of Dirnbauminuehlen Weg and
east of Schubert Strasse, was occupied by a fatigue detail of about
80 troops wearing red-bordered black epaulets and by a transient
quarters for officers, stren2th of which averared 150 men, In e
morning of 26 Januar
was seen In front of the Installation. A u

On 26 January, the Horn :Kaserne was occupied by about 600 troops
wearing red-bordered black epaulets, mostly with tank insignia.
The cantonment quartered about 150 soldiers of all branches of
service. On 34 January, about J2O soldiers who wore red-bordered
black epaulets practiced combat in the area between the installation
and Westkreuz, and about 40 soldiers drilled in the barracks yard.
On 26 January, the Ziethen Kaserne, east of Kopernikus Strasse and
south of the athletic field, was occupied by about 500 troops who
wore red-bordered black epaulets, mostly with tank insignia. On 17
January, about /+0 troops. were lined up in front of the economic
building. On 26 January, about 100 soldiers left the installation
for an undetermined destination.
On 26 January, the komendatura was occupied by about 30 soldiers who
wore either red-bordered black or black-bordered crimson epaulets.
In the afternoon on 18 January,
