The Communists plan to hold an international conference in Santiago
immediately upon the termination of the Congress of the Confederacion
de Trabajadores de America Latina (CTAL), possibly utilizing for this
purpose the Continental Cultural Congress organized by Pablo NERUDA, well-
known Chilean Communist poet.
