Toward the end of December 1952, a number of persons employed at the weapons
testing laboratory in Prague XIX1 were arrested. This laboratory, though a
purely military entity, employed many civilian techxtcians and engineers. The
arrestees allegedly were accused of having had relations with members of the
Slansky group,,
