On.19 October 19529 the North Hang Provincial Military Mobilization Board
was at EB-67:x265, on the northern outskirts of Ch?ongjin (N 1.l-47, E 129-4+9).
(EB-6826) A one-story' reverse L-shaped building with a.tin roof and cement
walls housed the chief's office, the assistant chief's office, the officers'
guide office, the security platoon, the duty officer's room, the secret file
section,,and the storage room. An air raid tunnel approximately 4 meters north
of this building housed the military training section, the fiscal section, the
secret section, the clothing section, and the food materials seetibn. A mess
hall and a garage were south of the main building. The staff consisted of one
colonel, one lieutenant colonel, one major, three senior captains, one captain,
two first lieutenants, and two second lieutenants. A guard was on duty at all
times at the main entrance of the security platoon room.

2. .9 On 14 October'-1952, the M u,san g .n. Military Mobilization Board in. North Hamgyong
,Province was in the center of Musan-gun (N 42'-05, E 129-08) (EB-1159), in a. two,
room, Japanese-style house. The northern room was occupied by the chief of the
Military Mobilization Board, and the. southern room was occupied by the following
section chiefs: the officers' guide, a.seniorr captain and the acting assistant
chief; the military training officer, a. lieutenant; the secret file chief, a
captain; and the chief of administration, a lieutenants A security squad which
was attached to this board was armed with 7 submachine guns, 1.l :PPSh's, and 8
MossinZa.gant rifles.
