Kroeslin Harbor has a new quay 145 i'.etars long. The quay and the approach road were repaired and improved between 1549 and 2.951) while 1roeslin Lake was dredged to a depth of 5 rioters in place. wh Fran 1937 to 1939, a quay, 50 reters long with iron sheet pilings}was constructed and a dredged depth of about 4 Peters was achieved at Freest harbor. In 1952, the Directorate General, Shipping, planned to expand the harbor toward the north- east by a jetty. The waterway between Y.arlshagen and the Kaermerer See was considerably widened on its right hand bankand major dredging operations were carried -out in the Kaerinerer See toward the Peenenuende power station harbor. The approach channel to Yroeslin Harbor was widened and dredged to a depth of 5 peters. A new wa*e way to Freest Harbor,, 80 T^eters wide and 5 rieters deep, was dredged north of spar "S".
