S2iven (N 42-4,1., E 26-1.9). The recky'.nature of the terrain would make the accomplish-
ment of such a project excessively eensive.
2. The existing roads enlarged and in some places rebuilt is a second class road which
touches the following towns s

The road is eight meters wide and has a surface of graver sand., and asphalt which
has been packed by a roller. . There are only a few small bridges,, four to six
meters long, located over small streams and ravines. The grade between Gar,
Oryakhovitsa and Konstantin is 3.5 percent and between Konstantin and Sliven is
seven to isae percent.
