(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 1 There is a parachute regiment at Taszar, which moved there from Tapole 25X1 a in 19tj1 The regiments is about 1,100 men strong. It 25X1 is made up o wo a a ons, and regimental troops consisting of an antiaircraft machine gun company, an antitank company with six 57 mm. guns, t mortar, company with 82 mm. mortars an engineer company, and a communications company. The rifle platoons have two light machine gun squads each, and one squad with a 22?mm. Simanov antitank rifle. 2. A Hungarian airborne regiment) is in the Vaskuti uti Barracks at Baja. The T/O and E is like that of the parachute regiment. The regiment is carried in IL-10 (18 men) or DC-3 (22 men) planes, each of which tows three V8cs8k gliders of 9-man capacity. 3. A parachute unit of 500 men is stationed at the B8rg(nd airfield. The commander is Major Bela GELLRT. 4. Another parachute battalion is being. organized at the Szirmabesseny8 airfield near Miskolc. The parachute and airborn troops are under the division command at Tab.
