RD THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 25X1X 25X1X 1. Preparations for the movement of the unit stationed in the Flak Kaserne in WMeu were observed"in early April. Practice targets and range finders were transported from the barracks to the railroad station on 13 April, 2. A unit stationed in the Horn Kaserhe in Frankfurt/Oder was dispatched by rail to Lieberose The entrainment of 30 tanks and the shipment of four troop trains without tanks were observed on 15 April and on 15 and 16 April respectively, A troop train loaded with 40 trucks and 40 x 120 mm mortars was observed at Frankfurt/Oder, enroute from Berlin to Lieberose, in the afternoon of 15 April. 3, Sixteen troop trains passed through the Muellrose railroad station between 15 and 19 April. On, 19 April, the entraining of guns, trucks and personnel was observed at the Fuerstenealde railroad station. 4. The transfer of units from Bernburg to the Dessau-Aken Camp took place between 10 and 14 April, Bridge sections were entrained art Waldau. The shipments from Eberswalde included 62 tanks of all types,, 18 armored vehicles, seven motorcycles with sidecars, 16 AT guns$ four mortars,. and 124 trucks. 25X1A 5. Elements of the 10th Guards Tank Division boarded two troop trains, bound for Wolmirstedt, at the Satzkorn railroad station on 15 April. 6. About 80 tanks and SP guns, 20 armored scout cars, 110 trucks, and 1600 troops of the 6th Guards Tank Division were entrained at Wittenberg between 14 and 17 April. 2 7. Two troop trains were dispatched from Bernau to Eberswalde on 15 and 16 April,. On 16 April only a rear detail was observed at the Luftnachrichten Kaserne while the former pidgeon station and German army clothing depot were still occupied to capacity. 8. The entrainment of army troops of the 4th Guards Mechanized Army and units of the 6th Guards Mechanized Division at Eberswalde between 15 and 17 April and the passage of two trains through Biesenthal on 17 April were noted by two r. The entrainment of two trains with guns and equipment between 15 and 17 April 25X1A 0 25X1A and of five trains loaded with field guns, AT guns, trucks and equipment between. 16 and 18 April were observed at the Vogelsang and Zehdenick railroad stations respectively. A troop train loaded with five JS tanks and four SF guns of the 25th Tank Division was observed passing through Loewenberg on 18 April. Thirteen troop trains were unloaded at the Templin railroad station between 15 and 18 April. Twenty-four MIG-15 fusilages were observed between the hangars of Cottbus airfield on 8 April. The engineer regiment of the GOFG in Bernburg, as in the preceding year, probably moved to the training area west of Dessau and south of the Elbe. 2. It is believed that this division moved to the Werder-Markendorf training grounds. 1. 3.
