heavy-duty flatcars inor ased by 400 units. Apart from the ntna-
bar of newly manufactured RRym type flatcars, fluctuations in the
total of heavy-duty fJ a3tcars are due to the fact that ears operat-
ing outside of East Germany on the day of count are not recorded.
