l;. From 9 a. m. to 5 p.m. on 23 March 1953, MiG-15s, Pe-2s, biplane s
and single-engine aircraft were observed at Aspern (P 49,E 49)
airfield0. Apparently there was no change in the occupation of the
installation. Fuel Dump West was partially evacuated, No tank trucks
were observed there. The garages still housed trucks. Some of the
single-story temporary quartering buildings were evacuated but they
were still guarded.
2. No military traffic was observed near the komendatura in Aepern.
The military installation on Lobau Gssse was unoccupied and guarded.,
The officers' club was still occupied. One truck and 1 van-like
truck were seen in the garden of the house.
3a There was no change in the occupation and guarding of Konrad Kaserne;
in Gross Enzersdorf (P 49/X 59), Soldiers who wore black-bordered blue
epaulets were still seen there. The Alteraheim (home for aged people)
was being e3vacuated0 All single-story temporary quartering buildings
and garages were being torn down., Billeting equipment and various kinds
of material were hauled by trucks to the Raasdorf P 49/X 9 railroad
25X1 station and entrained there, Trucks
were involved In this operation. Six tank trucks, van -like trucks
and 2 trucks,

in the yard of the Altersheim. The billets at 241 on Kasernen Strasse

epaulets, was hauling billetin is ui meat to the Raasdorf railroad
station,, where van-like trucks were seen.
There was 'no change in the radio installation at the eastern perimeter
of the town. One small and two large crates without lettering were
seen at Raasdorf railroad station. The. large crates were slightly
bigger than a standard freight car "and were without attachments at their
front sides.
nt, The present report confirms the movement of air force
units from Aspern airfield to some undetermined -lace. The bomber
regiment at the field was probably involved. See also
