2. A wa sh.1.pis keet has been laid for the Seepolizei or the Soviet Navy at the
Neptun yard. It is 80 m long, with very fine lines and accomodation for
twin. screws. Everything about it is kept very secret,. and the project
goes under the name "Drache" It is rumored that the ship is to be a
destroyer.
3. The crankshafts for the first Diesel engine for the WALDEMAB KOPHAMF, tease beer
laid down at Buekau-Wolf in Magdeburg,, and a great effort is being made to ex-
pe ite the work. The KOLOMNA is still at the Neptun yard.
4. Kurt Dunkelmann is the chief engineer at the Neptun yard. He has little
knowledge or experience of ship construction, but is a good organizer.
Laborers and electro-w elders have been sent from the Neptun yard to Bc,izenburg,
where drifters and still being built for the Neptun yard.
