Zavod 659 and the Ural Turbine Plant (Zavod 76) are in no way under the
same supervision. In fact, they arc in different categories in- the
classification of Soviet industri... Zavod 76 is in Category 1, under
the Ministry of Heavy Machine=Building, while'Zavod 659 is in Category 2,
under the Ministry of the Electrical Industry. The plants are adjacent
to one another, but are separated by a high fence.
