April1953, 10,027 tons of crude oil wcrc: shipped to Czechoslovakia from the Matzen railroad station. 2, .ti'ifo issued an order, effective April 1953, that 5E13 Matzen was to ship oil only to Czechoslovakia and not to Poland and East Germany as before. Shipping documents are to be prepared for the general destination Czechoslovakia, without mentioning specific towns. 3, Since SE3 Matzen is not kept informed on a shipment schedule, it has to be ready to load whatever number of tank cars is provided by the Wifo tank car division. The authorities at INatzen are not even informed of when the tank cars are due there. It sometimes happens that tank cars arrive to be loaded just after the ilztzen storage tanks have been emptied (through the pipeline to Wifo, Lobau) to provide more storage space for new production.
