1. The 11 Infantry Regiment quartered in the Clementi Voroshilov Barracks,
Strada Independentei 24.
Commander: Colonel Eugen Teleseanu.
Strength: 800 men, divided into three battalions of four companies each and
equipped with light Maxim-Tokarev machine guns, heavy Maxim M.40
machine guns, and 76.2 mm AT guns. Not motorized.
Men belong to the classes 1930 to 1934.
Shoulder boards are decorated in light red.
