State Planning Commission was called in Rumanian,, Comisia de Stat a Plani,fi- cariio This Commission, during the Fall of 1951,, was housed in a seven or eight- story-high blockhouse which had formerly been occupied by the Rumanian National Railroads (Caile Ferate Romano - CFR) in Bucharest. It was located on Elisabeta Boulevard and the entire ground floor of the building was occupied by the State Secondhand Store (Consignatii)o 2.
