1. The HV Funkwesen (Main Administration Wireless Communications) of the
Ministry for Posh and Telecommunications is being dissolved, Plans,
so far still confidential, call for the abolition of this HV and its
replacement by a new HV RFT. The new HV will allegedly be placed under
the Ministry for General Machine Construction.
2. According to these as yet unconfirmed plans, the plants now under the
direct supervision of the I-Unistry, for Post and Telecommunications
and HV Funkwesen will be affiliated with HV RFT. Funkwerk Koepenick
will be re-affiliated, on this occasion, with RFT and placed under the
supervision of the now HV. Another step under consideration is the
Dissolution of VEB Funkanlagen founded recently and reassignment of
its personnel to Funkwerk Koepenic .+ The reason for this measure is
that VEB Funkanlagen in the short time of its existence proved to be
too expensive and inefficient.
