25X1 1. In August 19521 approximately 20 flat-cars and 10 boxcars
attached to a train going from Stara Zagora to Yambol. The flat-care
contained 10-15 guns of an unspecified type, jeeps, and trucks and the
boxcars contained an unspecified number of soldiers. Five or six flat-cars
ware observed on a siding at Yambol each containing one heavy tank, on the
side of which there was a star and T-26 or T-36 written in script.

"Upole ge containing artillery shells, is being constructed
in an oak forest approximately three kilometers north of Yiosarevo village
(N 42-45, B 26-54), Sarnobat Okoliya. Bxoavations were approximately two
meters in depth. Construction is being done by Trudovak Companies,
Podelenie 3331 and 3332, subordinate to Trudovak Battalion, Podelenie 3330.

3. A military area,starting two kilometers south of Kasanlwk railroad station
(N 42-37, 3 25-23) and continuing to the Tundzha River, includes a small
weapons cartridge factory, a gas mask factory and an airplane repair
factory. Workers have a yellow metal rosette 25mm. in diameter that is
carried inside their identity cards, These must be shown to the factory guards.

Border Fortification in 21khhoyo Okolisra
5. Concrete road blocks have been built on the Srem (N 42-03, 2 26-29) Snyazhevo (N 42-07, T 26-30) road. An aperture large enough for one
vehicle to pass has been left open, and there is a concrete slab to close
this aperture. The barriers are at 2.5-3 kilometer intervals and there
are precipices on both sides of the road. The first line of fortifications
is about 500-1,000 meters, the second line is approximately 11-16 kilometers
and the third line is 2126 kilometer the Turkish border, 25X1
