I a convoy was seen moving upstream on the Danube at the Stadlauer bridge in Vienna. It was led by a Rumanian motor ship, on the bridge of which stood a Soviet naval officer. 2. At a distance of about one kilometer, a tug followed, flying the Soviet flag and another -flag (Palverflagge) designating the cargo as infl ble and/or explosive, it carried the name Sevastopol in Cyrillic letters and towed two heavily loaded tank barges. The tank barges were conspicuously clean and bore no traces of oil loading. The vessels were manned by Soviet sailors. 3.
