the Soviets intend to announce the withdrawal of part of their occupation forces
from East Germany and would agree to the withdrawal of all their troops if this
would clear the way for all-Germany elections on 6 September.

from East Germany, probably to the USSR, after 28 June include two bomber
regiments from Werneuchen, two bomber regiments from Brand, and one reconnaissance
regiment from #terbog. Thus far no definite information has been received to
east of the OderyNeisse line

is a possibility that the Ninth Mechanized Division, elements of which were
observed moving towards Goerlitz on 17 and 18 June, transferred to new stations
