via Kuanling (N 26-18, E 119-42).

new -'p ..e., whether they are newly organized or merely newly arrived
in these areas. The MD announced at a Obriefing that it had
located two new public divisions in Fukien, one in the Lungch'i (N 24-32,
E 117-42) -Amoy area and the other in the Fuch'ing (N 25-43, E 118-25)-
Chinchiang area. In all probability these are the units mentioned in this
report.
