The Territorial Defense Command has issued orders forbidding certain zones to all kinds of airplanes, civilian or military. The forbidden zones are: a. The Cetate (Dolj) Zone, a strip of 40 kilometers from the Rumanian-Yugoslav border to the city of Arad* b, The Resita-Doman-Secul Zone, where the government's metallurgical factories are located. C. The Caransebes Zone, d. The oil region, from Targoliste.to west of the Buzau Rivere ea The Moldavian oil region: Moinesti, Tescani, and Lucacesti. f. The Fagaras; Ucea-de-Jos Zone, where there are factories working for the military. g, The Cugir Zone he The seashore area from Sulina to Mangalia. i. The zone of the Danube-Black Sea Canal. J, The Hunedoara Zone - with its metallurgical industries, k, The Petrosani coal region. 1. The region extending northwest of Targu-Jiu, where the Sadu factories are located. Any plane, whose flight has not been scheduled and reported to the local Fighter Air Force Defense Bureau, is forced to land. If the plane disregards the order, it is fired upon. This stands for the 40 kilometer zone. 3. In the zone 25 kilometers from the Yugoslav border, no warning is issued.
