As coa"tared with March 1953, the present report indicates v ollowing changes: USSR: The number of boxcars used for grain increased by als.ost 200 percent, The number of flatcars decreased by 90 percent and that of gondola cars used for ore and the number of refrigerator cars also decreased considerably. As correred with March 1953, the number of boxcars used for potash decreased considerably, probably beca*;se the East German Railroads were able to ship the potash in German cars.
