25X1 YNIT an erzgitaeer battalion of the HVXVP and stationed in Kaechernsee
near or ow. The KVF central engineer depot Is also located near. Storkow.
25X1 KVPDOis sti.tioned in Treuenbrietzen. The unit is an engineer battalion
also directly subordinate to the HVKVP and was sta' tioned in Fuenfeichen near
Neubrandenburg up to the fall of 152. It is possible that the KVPD engineer
25X1 battalion -111 be transferred ..froi Treuenbrietzen to the Storkow area,
as deserters s ted that a transfer was to be expected. The KVP train fro
Werbig to Storkow possibly carried engineer equipment to the central engineer
depot. As Werbig is believed to be transit station only, the origin of the
train cannot be deternined.
