1. The 3 Engineer Regiment is quartered in the Infratirii Barracks, Strada Ulmior 46,
Commander: Colonel Ion Moga
Strength: About 600 men
The regiment is divided into three battalions of three companies each, the
companies having three or four platoons. Each company of 1 Battalion has four
remotely controlled tanks, like the Goliath of World War II; each company of
2 Battalion has 12 type XDSS gas projectors; each company of 3 Battalion has
twelve 107 mm gas projectors. The unit was only brought together for training.
After this is complete the battalions will become independent units and will
become army or division troops. Shoulder boards are red with light grey decoration.

artillery section, one communications platoon, one engineer platoon, one antitank
platoon. In 1 and 2 Battalions each company has four ZB light machine guns and
two type 34 German heavy machine guns. The artillery section has four 76.2 mm
guns. The antitank platoon has four Simonov antitank weapons, probably 14.5 mm.
In 3 Battalion each company has four Maxim 10 heavy machine guns and two 82 mm
