1. A Soviet officer in East Berlin made the following comments to source on the
25 April issue of Pr_a, which printed a full translation of Pi~esid~enti:~?Ei~sen-
howerls 16 April speech: This issue of Pr~~d~ was probably printed in a small
number of copies or else few copies found their way to sales outlets.- Activists
and Komsomol members probably bought up the issue for destruction, according to
instructions.
2. The Soviet officer claims to have received information from the USSR to the effect
that this issue of ~ravd~.a, was stole from mailboxes by persona either seeking to
destroy it or to read its contents.
