A Soviet officer in East Berlin made the following comments to source on the 25 April issue of Pr_a, which printed a full translation of Pi~esid~enti:~?Ei~sen- howerls 16 April speech: This issue of Pr~~d~ was probably printed in a small number of copies or else few copies found their way to sales outlets.- Activists and Komsomol members probably bought up the issue for destruction, according to instructions. 2.
