Only the shipments dispatched to Velten are for the Soviet Occupation Forces in
iIast Germany. Two large central fuel depots, one of the GOFG and the other of the
"euty-Fourth Air Arnyy, are located and are served by the hydrogenation plants
in Groeskorbetha and Boehlen respectively.
The shipments across the border were reparations and export deliveries.
