Poland did not have any permanent agreements with any
Western country for repair and. overhauling of Polish vessels, but when it
was neceseRry to use foreign shipyards for this purpose individual arrange-
ments were made as each came arose.

3. Arrangements for these repairs were made by the Polish Maritime Mission
(Polimex) (fnu) 25X1
$tojarozy as supervising the repairs. Another Pole, 25X1
Zablocki Ryszard, was employed as a purchasing agent for the Polish
Maritime Mission.
