1. Nioolas;BUENAVENTURA has been staying at his farm near Cali, where he
is making preparations to go to'Buohareet, in oompany vdth his wife.
Nubia RINCON Rengifo, the daughter of Julio RINCON,'is alao'oompleting
plans for a trip to Bucharest. The latter's passage is being paid for
by Jaime CUELUR.
2'o Other Cali residents who intend to go to Bucharest to attend the Third
World Youth Congress are Luis LEON Munoz, a student, and Hernando TEJADA,
a painter. TEJADA departed for Bogota on 27 June 1953, for the purpose of
collecting money.for his trip from an exhibition of his paintings. Victor
COLLAZOS, Communist youth leader from Bogota, was recently in Call giving
inrbruotions to those planning to go to Bucharest. COLLAZOM also iatenda
to go to the congress.
