Alvaro PEREZ Vives,1 in talks before Colombian Communist Party (PCC) leaders,
stated that he oonsid'ered the' ouster of LavrentivBer9ya to be a re"sul't 'of the
internal police vigilanos,in the USSR. He stated that all the Russian
leaders are watohed night end day and are always regarded'with politioal
su'ipicion. PEREZ said that,, beoause of this' eyetem of espionage, it was
discovered in time that Beri,a was in the service of the United States'and
that he was preparing, with the support of three or more of the Soviet
Republics, a revolution in the USSR.
