The main task of the Communist Party of Chile (PCCh) in_relatidn'to international Communist policy is to develop propaganda in support of the theory of negotiation rather than force as a means of settling world conflicts. As interpreted by the PCCh, the new line calls for Party support of any movement toward reaching under- standing among the world powers by conference and negotiation. 2. As an example of this policy, the Party is giving propaganda support to Churchill's call for a meeting of the major powers. 25X1 A Comment.
