On 25 June, intensive air activity was observed over the Koeni;sbrueck area* Between 1000 a.m. and 3 p.m. twin aircraft in formations of thre-, were flying over the town and the training area at 30-minute intervals and an altitude of about 300 meters. At 6:20 a.m. on 28 June, three T-34 tanks from the installation went toward Aue. On 1 July, firing with rifles was heard from the Aue area throughout the day.
