(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 25X1A 25X1X 1e The Zakarpatskaya Oblast Auto Trust is located on Kupushanskaya Ulitsa in the southeastern part of Uzhgorod, Since this is an Oblast trust there are regional trusts functioning under its supervision. The chief of the trust is Lyunev (fnu), The oblas trust has the following vehicles: one 2'-ton Studebaker truck, six ZIS trucks, one Tatra truck, one Opel bus, one ZIS bus, and a four-door sedan Opel Super automobile. The two buses are a mottled red color. They have been painted other colors in the past, but these have now faded. In March 1948, an roa+ was issued whereby the two buses'were to be painted one solid color. Both b h uses ave a 30 to 40 person capacity, As of March 194, about ten drivers were employed by the trust, one.or two of whom were reserve drivers who,were not assigned to specific vehicles. Most of the drivers for the trust drive trucks which are used in transporting goods from one enterprise to another. A s ravka is always issued for each trip and it states exactly what job is to be done, how much material is to be trans t d por e , etc. Three drivers are assigned to drive the buses. Two of the drivers took turns driving the Opel bus on the run between Uzhgorod and Mukachevo for three days each week, while the other acted as a chauffeur for officials of the trust. The third bus driver always drove the ZIS bus. Both buses of the trust are used on the Uzhgorod-Mukachevo run. One bus always has to be in Mukachevo by 0800 hours to leave for the first trip of the day to Uzhgorod. The other bus has to be at the bus stop in Uzhgorod by 0730 hours in order to leave for Mukachevo a half hour later. Since the bus t b i t r e p ween Uzhgorod and Mukachevo takes about an hour, there is a bus leaving each town hourly. There are no stops between the towns. Tickets for the trip cost 15 rubles and can not be purchased on the bus. They must be bought in a small shed-like ticket office located at the bus stop in each town, The bus does not go into the center of Mukachevo, Instead, it crosses the bridge on the outskirts and turns around in a paved square just across the bridge where'the bus stop is located. A first class driver with the trust recei s 600 rubles per mont he diA fference class driver receives 500'rubles monthly. 25X1 between the first, second, and third classifications given drivers is dependent upon the amount the driver knows about the engine of the vehicle he operates. A first class driver must know 100 percent of the details about an engine; the second class driver would know about 80 percent of that there is to know. The top mechanic for the auto trust receives between 700 and 800 rubles monthly. The workers are paid only once a month; the bookkeepersgivee a form to the cashier, and this fora states exactly how much the worker is to recieve.
