The 104 Battalion of the 141 Regiment and the 16 Battalion of the, 165 Regiment have gone from Phu The to Thai Nguyen to convoy material back from Thai Nguyen. 2. Other unidentified units of the 312 Division left in the direction of Hoa Binh and Phu Who Quan (N 20-19, E 105-45) to escort Dan Cong units transporting paddy and salt from Interzone 4 to Phu The. 3. Phu Tho appears to be the Chinese Communist aid depot at the present time.
