25X1 In early May 1953 the exchange points in Communist China for incoming and
outgoing mail between the Nanking-Shanghai area and the Democratic Republic
of Vietnam (DRV) were Hok'ou (N 2232, E 103-57) in Yunnan and P'inghsiang
(N 22-06, E 106-44) in Kwangsi. Mail could be sent to the following points
in the DRV:
