Sourne stated that in the fall.-of 19529 640,000 tons of raw lignite and
1,500 tons of lignite briquettes had been allocated to the Filmfabrik Agfa
of; SAG Photoplenka in Wolfen for the first six months of 1953. A total
of'560,000 tons, '77,000 tons, and 3,000 tons of raw lignite were scheduled
to be distributed to the Filmfabrik Wolfen, Celluloid Fabrik Eilenburg,
and Celluloid Fabrik Leipzig, and 1,020 tons, 180 tons, and 300 tons of
lignite briquettes to the Filmfabrik Wolfen, Celluloid Fabrik Eilenburg,
and Veredelungswerk SehIna.
Comment. If, in the second six months of 1953, the same amounts of
raw lignite and lignite briquettes were allocated as in the first six months
of 1953, the SAG Photoplenka would receive 1,280,000 tons of raw lignite
and 3,000 tons of lignite briquettes in 1953. Previous statements indica-
ted that the demand for raw lign_i~e and lignite briquettes of SAG Photo-
plenka amounted to 1,154,000 tons and 2,760 tons respectively in 1953.
