25X1 'l. Soviet were sighted in the southern Baltic
25X1 on June 13~ . They proceeded in line ahead 100
motors spar w e paravanee ` strum, out, steaming to and fro 'between two
bu,olre located in the positions N 544~671 13-3L and N 54-46, Z 13-39. Three
minutes before they turned to port a red light was,shown at the mastleqd of
the lead vessel which was repeated at once by the two other vessels.- On
initiating the turn in succession the red lights were switched off, and, on
reaching the other buoy, a green light was shown at the masthead:when the
vessels turned to starboard.
