K, C?opalan, V. P. Nayar, P. Sundarayya, and Prof.. Hirers Mukerjee, formulates the policy to be followed by Communist Party of India (CPI) members in the two houses of Parliament. This subcommittee meets every Saturday from 5 p.m. until its business is completed. The meetings are held alternately at Windsor Place and Rohtak Road CPI offices. Questionnaires for use by the CPI Members of Parliament are prepared by E. M. S. Namboodripad and S. V. Ghate of the central CPI Headquarters.
