Three underground members of NAW SENG's Kaohin group and four men from the Paoshan Minority Nationalities Training School are printing propaganda material in Burmese and Kaohinese at Nalong village (N 24-45, E 97 -28). The themes are mostly complaints against the Government of Burma (GOB) for unjust treatment of the Kachins and Shane, and exhortations to these minorities to unite in their opposition to the GOB. 2. Na-po village2 is now the meeting place for all NAW SENG underground agents passing to and from the Myitkyina area. 3. On 1 June 1953, over 200 Burmese communists attacked the town of Ohing-fu (7230/3940). GOB troops and police combined to resist the attack and finally drove the communists back to the forests in the hills, 4. On 2 June 1953, 60 men from the Paoshan 2 Division under WANG Ch'ing-shu 3769/7230/2579) joined OHOU Ying's (0719/5391) troops in an attack on Hsi-tong ,,97/5516). . The GOB troops resifted and on the third day WANG Ch'ing-ehu withdrew his troops to the hills. 5. The Chinese Communists are repairing the highway from Mitu (N 25-21, E 100-31) to 9hingtung (N 24-27, E 100-54), Chingku (N 23-30, E 100-44) and Moohiang (N 23-26, E 101-41). Repair work is also being done on the highway connecting Paoshan with Ohlangning (N 24-50, E 9936) and Shunning (N 24-35) E 99-54). Troops :stationed in the area are helping. 25X1A 25X1A 25X1 1.
