The''equipment being used is of Soviet provenience, but since the Western radio stations have increased the power of their transmissions, the Soviet Jamming equipment has proved to be inadequate. At least 30 Jamming stations are to be set up in Czechoslovakia in the near future. Colmnent. Until the winter of 1952-53, there were 12,000 workers engaged in the construction of the HUKO Steel Works, near Kosice, but due to weather conditions afid'the many difficulties encountered, this number has been reduced by half. Workers are transported to their jobs-by truck from all over the vicinity. 2. A trolley line is being constructed between Kosice and the HUKO Steel Works project. It is scheduled to start operating during the summer of 1953. 3.
