1. In June x.953 various ministries of the North Korean government were at the
following locations:
50X1-HUM
a. The Ministry of Internal Affairs was in two concrete underground rooms at
the foot of a hill at YD-371395 in Taeyang-ni (N 39-10, E 125-45)
(YD-3739) The Ministry had been in these rooms since February 1951. Each
room was 50 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 2 meters high.
b. The Ministry of Labor was in three underground rooms on'the side of a hill
at YD-386323 in unwol-ni (N 39-06, z 125-45) (YD-3832). The Ministry
had been in these rooms since May 1952.
c. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was in three concrete underground rooms at
the foot of a hill at YD-365322 in Sambong-ni (N 39-07, E 125-44) (YD-3632).
The Ministry had been in the rooms since February 1953, This was the
former site of the Soviet Embassy which moved to So-ri in February 1953.
d. The Ministry of Light Industry was in five village houses in Ch'nggye-ri
(N 39-04, E 125-46) (YD-3928), and in three underground rooms at the foot
of a nearby hill.
e. The Ministry of Heavy Industry was in two underground rooms at the foot of
a mountain at YD-378270, on the outskirts of Pyongyang City.
f. The Ministry of Culture and Propaganda was in an underground room at
YD-393281, halfway up Moranpong Hill on the outskirts of P'yongyang.
g. The Ministry of Health was in an underground room at the foot of a hill at
YD-397284 in Ch'onggye-ri.

a. The Central Committee of the Korean Labor Party was in an underground room,
under a foreign-styled, three-story building, at YD-381231 in Kyongch'ang-
ni, Pyongyang City.
(YD-4130).
b. The Korean-Russian Cultural Association was in a Korean-styled, one-story
building at YD-510324 in Songmun-ni (N 39-07, E 125-54) (YD-5132).
c. The North Korean Social Insurance Committee was in three village houses and
one underground room at YD-416307 near Changhyon (N 39-06, E 125-47)
h. The Ministry of Commerce was in an underground room at the foot of a hill
at-YD--340223 in Tangsang-ri, Pyongyang City.
i. The Ministry of Agriculture was in an underground room at the foot of a
hill at YD-340217 in Tangsang-rig Pyongyang City.
