The soviet Trade Delegation is interested obtaining 3-07 steel cable
meeting German electrical srecifications NKBA, one kilcwatt, diameter from
3 x 35 mn and 1 x 16 to 3 x 95 and 1 x 50 mmo In addition, they also
need wire meeting specifications NGA and NGAF, both 50C volts, 50 nm
diameter and upwards. 2/ Unlimited gLantities of these items are desired
at once, and the Goviet Trade Delegation will take A11 it can obtain until
the end of 1953
