Meanwhile an in- struction has been issued by the State Administration of Material PrOdureMent stating that private industry is to be given preference in the allotment of nonferrous metals. In order to facilitate this directive, the entire State Reserve has been taken over by DM Metallurgie for distribution. This Reserve, which was located at Wittenbergstrasse IB, Leipzig, totalled some 1,600 tons consisting mainly of copper, lead, aluminum, and zinc. Comments: 1. Of this total, 5,481 tone were 2.
