3. The nik:roglycerine plant at the Coswie plant, which was dismantled by
the Russians in 1945, is now to be rebuilt. It is to be ready to go into
operation by 30 June 1254. Finances for the reconstruction of the
installation were made available by the Investment Banklas early as
Au:-,ust 1953.
