1. Several days prior to 25X1 X
be prepared to receive a co=unist Party "educator in home 25X1 X
25X1 X on The cell leader stated that he knew not ing about
the "educator" except that he was a member of the Party cadre and was believed
to be living on the Part account.l The cell leader stated that he would
25X1 X attend the meeting -land would identify the "educator" from
a physical description furnished him by the Party.
At the appointed time during the above-mentioned meeting the three individuals
discussed the following subjects:
a.. The power of imperialism in Iraq;
b The sufferings of the Iraqi workers;
c, The injustices done to Iraqi farmers.
Another cell leader stated that at the present time those who are indoctrinating
me b r?.s of the Communist Party of Iraq are attempting to demonstrate that the
Party is strong and that the present situation in Iraq is of definite assistance
to the Party. They base these statements on the following, whieh are made
as assertions of fact:
The vengeful attitudeP of the people ot Iraq__ is increasing and they are
increasingly inclined to accept the mottoes of the Party.
b. Opportunistic elements have ncn been cast out of the Party, i.e., that
Jamal al-Raidari and his followers have been expelled from the Party,
which is now free of the special thinking of that group.

beginning to rally to it.

the present Command3 has much more experience in organizing than
previous commands.
