1. A Jamming station is located between Vratislavice (50 ,44 N 15 06 E) and
Nova Ruda (coords. unknown), east of Liberec (50 47 N 15 03 E)# ulv',
The station is apart of the Liberec radio station, which broaucasts one hour
per day and devotes the remaining 23 hours of the day to jamming RF'E
transmissions. The Jamming station is under the jurisdiction of Liberec
post office personnel.
2. The Jamming operations at Vratislavice are supported by two other jamming
stationsi one in Ostasov (051/G16) and one in Ruprechtice (50 47 N 15 05 E).
3. The Vratislavice jamming r3tation is located in a fenced-in area which is
guarded by Internal Policy from the Decin (50 1+7 N 14 13 E) unit wearing
blue caps. Signs posted around the area read "Attention, Restricted Area,
Halt When Challenged" (Pozor Strezeny objekt na vyzvani zastavit). Inside
the fenced-in area there are three poles. One is about 50 meters high and
is painted red and. white. The other two are about-30 meters high and are
painted black. Between the poles is a watchtower, on top of which is a
searchlights The radio equipment is installed in a brick building, which
is also located inside the area. Three men and two women were observed
entering and leaving the Luil.ding. One of them was recognized as an
employee of the Liberec post office.
