The movement of grain on the Peiping?Mukden Railway and by boat from Dairen and Yingkro (N 40-40, E 122-13) to Tientsin and other cities in Worth China has been stopped by order of the Chinese Communist Government. Nevertheless, grain is still being exported to the USSR.1 The Chinese Communist Goverment company which formerly bought grain for the Chinese Communist Army hag been closed and its stores of grain have been frozen by government order. 2. Communist authorities have prohibited additional. issues of M, and all dotes already in circulation are stamped "Northwest Administrative Area" This control is officially explained as a temporary measure prior to the issuance of new currency. 25X1A Co to I..
